The Transportation Marketing & Communications Association (TMCA) is a non-profit association that provides knowledge, connections, recognition, and solutions to marketing, sales, and communications professionals in all modes and market segments of the transportation and logistics industries. As the association management company of record for TMCA, MindShare Strategies helped the association to rebuild its value proposition and then promote its value and grow its membership. In 2006, TMCA launched an aggressive marketing program to accomplish these goals and is continuing the momentum of these programs.
Building the Brand, Re-Energizing an Association
NASSTRAC is a non-profit association that provides education, advocacy, networking, and provider relations activities for executives responsible for the transportation and logistics of their company’s products. Since its founding in 1952, NASSTRAC has provided these services exclusively to those managing less-than-truckload or small package transportation. In 2006, NASSTRAC broadened its focus to appeal to executives in all modes of transportation, including full truckload, air freight, and rail/intermodal transportation, and then launched an expanded rebranding campaign.
