Lakeland, Fla., Dec. 19, 2013 – Saddle Creek Logistics Services announced today that the company has named current president Cliff Otto as its CEO, effective immediately.

Otto joined Saddle Creek in 2001 and became president in 2007. During his tenure, the company has increased its service offerings, expanded into new markets and industries, and experienced revenue growth each year.

Today, Saddle Creek operates more than 16 million square feet of space in 37 locations nationwide and provides a range of integrated logistics services, including warehousing, transportation, packaging, and fulfillment. The company’s eco-friendly compressed natural gas (CNG) fleet is the largest in the industry.

“Saddle Creek’s remarkable growth over the years is a testament to Cliff’s leadership,” said David Lyons, company chairman and founder. “Under his direction, we’ve strategically expanded the scope of our business without losing sight of the core values that resonate with our customers and associates. We’re pleased to recognize Cliff as our CEO and look forward to continued momentum under his direction.”

“We’ve made great strides as a company in the past few years by focusing on meeting – and exceeding – the expectations of our customers,” said Otto. “It has been exciting to play a part in this success, and I welcome the opportunity to explore additional avenues for strategic growth.”
