About the Position
Looking to apply your skills in project management, communications skills, and attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced setting? Are you a resourceful multi-tasker unafraid to roll up your sleeves and “just do it?” Then our Project Manager position is the opportunity for you. This is a permanent, full-time position and works remote.

The Account Executive/Project Manager will work primarily on a team that services industry non-profit associations involving gender diversity and transportation/supply chain management best practices. You’ll be responsible for a wide variety of projects ranging from marketing/sales campaign development and event management to production management of 2 print/digital magazines and member communications.

This position manages key client projects, including the coordination and completion of projects on-time and within budget and scope. Oversee all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of projects, and preparing related reports. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/partners for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based upon financial analysis

Qualifications
Minimum of Associate’s degree and 5 years’ experience in the field or related area required. Ability to manage multiple projects, perform a variety of tasks, leverage various technology platforms, and lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of organizational skills, resourcefulness and creativity is expected. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Use of Hubspot or other CRM/marketing automation platform a plus.

Competitive Compensation/Benefits
Competitive base salary plus additional compensation incentive opportunity based upon achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Paid vacation and paid holidays in accordance to MindShare’s vacation and holiday policies. Retirement Program: MindShare contributes 3% of your gross compensation to a simple IRA plan.
