Sales & Marketing Internship
This is a dynamic opportunity for a resourceful, ambitious individual to build skills and gain experience in sales, lead generation, social engagement and marketing initiatives. MindShare Strategies is a full-service marketing and association management company specializing in transportation and logistics.

This paid internship will take place Dec. 2021 through May 2022, and will require approximately 20 hours a week. This virtual internship does not require on-site office hours, but rather leverages email, video conferencing, and phone conferencing This position will report to MindShare’s Account Executive and Project Manager. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in managing the tactical execution of MindShare’s client projects that involve sales, business development strategy, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Lead generation for two association clients: Food Shippers of America and the Women In Trucking Association.
  • Social media strategy and outbound communication with FSA and WIT members and key stakeholders to generate qualified leads and create engagement.
  • Leverage strategies and campaigns, and managing member and prospect databased using the Hubspot and MembersClicks platforms.
  • Special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements of Candidate
Candidate must have good written and verbal communications skills, the ability to pay close attention to detail and to manage projects to completion. Must be comfortable learning new technology platforms, such as Hubspot and MemberClicks. This paid opportunity is for college students of senior level or higher, or a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree. Days and hours are flexible.
