MindShare Strategies is a full-service marketing and association management company specializing in transportation and logistics.

This paid internship will take place Dec. 2021 through May 2022, and will require approximately 20 hours a week. This virtual internship does not require on-site office hours, but rather leverages email, video conferencing, and phone conferencing. This position will report to MindShare’s Director of Marketing & Communications. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in managing the tactical execution of MindShare’s client projects that involve marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Social growth and engagement strategy in all social channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Writing assignments (including social channel communication, press releases, article briefs for newsletters and online channels, Redefining the Road magazine, etc.)
  • Support initiatives to measure marketing, communications, and engagement results through intelligent analytics.
  • Leverage strategies and campaigns using the Hubspot and MembersClicks platforms.
  • Provide project management support for members Special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements of Candidate
Candidate must have good written and verbal communications skills, the ability to pay close attention to detail and to manage projects to completion. This paid opportunity is for college students of senior level or higher, or a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree. Days and hours are flexible.
