Don Friddell, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer

A seasoned marketing professional with nearly 20 years experience in the logistics and transportation industries, Don oversees the planning, development and execution of MindShare Strategies’ marketing and lead generation activities. He also is responsible for marketing and communications strategy and deployment of MindShare’s key association clients, the Transportation Marketing & Sales Association (TMSA) and the Women In Trucking Association (WIT).

Prior to joining MindShare Strategies in April 2019, Don served as Director of Marketing and Public Relations Manager for Kenco Group, a 3PL provider offering customized logistics solutions and warehousing services. He also was Marketing Specialist with SunTrust Bank. Don holds an MBA, Business Administration, Marketing as well as a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
